Returns & Refunds Policy:
We stand behind the quality and performance of every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Not marked as final sale or clearance
Waterproof products must be returned clean and free from dirt, wear, or damage to be eligible for return.
To start a return, contact us at stalkandstream@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions and the return address.
Exchanges:
We offer size and style exchanges (if stock is available). If you’d like a different size or product, email us to arrange a swap. We’ll cover return shipping on faulty items — otherwise, customers are responsible for return postage.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
You’ll get a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds will not be issued for items showing signs of wear or damage not related to a manufacturing fault
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within a reasonable period, contact us immediately at [your email] with:
- A clear photo of the issue
- Your order number
We’ll inspect and, if deemed faulty, offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items returned after 30 days
- Apparel returned in a used or dirty condition
